Please note the following in respect of prices or rate quotes : (i) Non-live quotes are for indicative purposes only, are not legally binding and are subject to change; (ii) To execute a transaction, you must verbally agree over a (recorded trading line) the dealing rate or price and the terms and conditions of the transaction at the time, with an authorised member of the dealing desk team at Pelham Point Limited; (iii) Alternately, a dealer may quote by e mail however if the rate is no longer valid by the time confirmation is received from the client, the dealer has the right to refuse the transaction; (iv) if a live rate or price is agreed verbally or by email you will entered into a legal binding agreement with Pelham Point Ltd.
